Ships, Games, and Retailers

Hey Trolls,
We know it's a long wait until you get your hands on your games, so we thought we'd send you a bit of an update.
We are still on schedule to have your games land at their various ports within the next 2-3 weeks. We're so excited about it! I am working hard to get our backer reports completed by the end of this weekend, so I can send them to our fulfillment houses. This will allow fulfillment to run smoothly. The faster I can make info available to them, the faster they can get your games ready for shipping.
The Order of Fulfillment
It looks like the first wave of games to go out will be bound for backers in Asia and the Rest of the World. VFI received your games today, as a matter of fact. The second wave will be bound for backers in Australia and New Zealand. The third wave will be about a week or so later, to backers in Europe. The fourth wave is bound for the US (and Canada as well). Canadians will likely receive their games at the tail end of fulfillment. I have set it up so that we can make the process as speedy as possible. Once the games reach PSI bound for Canada, they will go out before any other game is fulfilled. We are not using a freight forwarder this time, so they will be sent directly to the Canadian warehouse. Once they get here, they will be processed immediately and sent out to you. This was the fastest option I could find without making Canadians have to pay duty on their games.
Today we got our shipment (we sent them by air mail) of 16 retail games that we are going to be sharing with reviewers over the next few months. This made it so real for us. The games/components really look so amazing! We can't wait to share this excitement with you!
Retailers (Backers With Brick & Mortar Stores)
After I send out this update, I will also be sending you the final invoices for In the Hall of the Mountain King. Your games will not be sent to your store until your invoice is paid. Please let me know if you have any questions about your invoice in a DM.
In the Hall of the Mountain King at PAX Unplugged
If you are going to be at PAX U in Philadelphia in December, stop by to say hi! We'll have In the Hall of the Mountain King demoing all weekend long. Find the Burnt Island Games/Kids Table Board Gaming (we are listed under Kids Table Board Gaming - our sibling company, booth 3336) will be sharing a 20x20 booth with Grand Gamers Guild and will have plenty of room for demos this time around.
What We're Up To
Our sibling company, KTBG, just came off of a wildly successful Kickstarter campaign with Fossilis. In Fossilis you will explore a unique 3D gameboard and unearth incredible dinosaur fossils as your paleontologist rivals shift the terrain around you! The Kickstarter campaign is over, but you can still find the KS version of it for pre-order on BackerKit, AND you can sit down and play it with us at PAX U!

Addresses and Freight to Various Regions

Hey Trolls,
Our manufacturer has been working tirelessly to get our games out of China to various regions around the world so that you can enjoy them as soon as possible.
Addresses
I will be locking addresses in a few hours (before 11:00 am EST). That means that if you need to change anything over the next few weeks you must do it through me. But please, if you know you have to change your address and you know what it is, do it within the next few hours.
Freight to Your Region
Here is the potential schedule (I say it this way because many of you know, anything can get in the way of the schedule when shipping overseas):
Australia/NZ
Freight will be moving the beginning of next week to a warehouse in China. It will then leave with other games headed for Australia on October 27th. This schedule is tentative. If it doesn't reach the warehouse in time, it might not make the container. We'll keep you updated.
US/Canada
We are working to get the games ready for October 25th. If they are, it will be at the Chinese port on Oct. 31st. It will leave port on Nov. 2nd and arrive in Savannah, GA on Nov. 29th. It will potentially be at its final destination in Atlanta, GA on Dec. 2.
UK/EU
If we manage to get the games ready and packed for Oct. 25, they will be sent out on Nov. 1st. They will arrive in the UK on Dec. 1st.
Rest of World
Once the games are ready they will move straight to VFI in China where they will be picked and packed almost immediately.
We are excited to get things moving here. And we can't believe that it's actually time. We'll be in touch soon with an update to let you know if everything has gone smoothly with freight.

Manufacturing Update and Final Cons of the Year

Hey Trolls!
Wile manufacturing is wrapping up, we're urging you to complete your addresses on BackerKit. They are going to be locked at 9am EST on October 10th. Once addresses are locked they cannot be changed through BackerKit. You'd have to contact me directly to change anything. And of course, depending on the timing, some things may not be able to be changed.
ItHotMK at SHUX
If you are attending SHUX, the amazing convention put on by Shut Up & Sit Down this weekend, you'll be happy to know that you can have a chance to play ItHotMK with Graeme or Jay (the designers). They will individually be available in the main gaming hall at the following times:
Graeme - Friday at 1:30pm and 3:00pm
Jay - Saturday at 1:45pm
ItHotMK at PAX U
We are excited to say that we will have a copy of ItHotMK at PAX U this coming December. When we get closer to the convention we'll let you know what booth number we'll be in. But we'll be running demos for the whole convention. So if you or someone you know would like to play ItHotMK, please make sure to send them our way.

Hey Trolls,
We just wanted to update you to let you know that we are still on target to meet the December fulfillment deadline. Our manufacturer tells us that that we have a completion date of October 10th, 2019. This is great news!! It means that during that week we will be able to get the games onto cargo ships to sail to your region. I am doing my very best to get backer reports ready for the game arrivals at various hubs around the world.
That being said, locking your addresses is coming up fast and furious. It is best to fix up your address ASAP so that we can make sure that your game goes to the right place. We have very little movement for change once your addresses have been sent to our fulfillment partners. So, your date for address lockdown is going to be October 10th, 2019. This gives you about 3 weeks to decide where you are going to be living in December. If you are unsure of where you are going to be living, but you know the country you are going to be living in, please just give us a heads-up before addresses are locked down. We will send out a final reminder just before the lock-down date.
